Background to Opportunities

There is no gain-saying the common mantra that our schools are not managed as well as they could be.  In today’s Private Sector, the equivalent of a school’s principal would have both improved human support and, most importantly, an array of technological tools, at his disposal.  What makes today’s CEO so dependant on technology whilst perhaps the most critical driver, education, goes a begging?

So we are left with:
